Post 18 Pathways
Moving on from Sixth Form can be both an exciting and daunting prospect and, as an academy, we are committed to supporting students with the full range of pathway options including university, apprenticeships, gap years and employment.
At Florence all of our homerooms are named after leading universities, from St Andrews to Durham and Kyoto to M.I.T. With each homeroom being tasked with knowing as much as they can about their university homeroom, plus our partnership with Higher Horizons, that allows all students to visit local universities including Staffordshire and Keele University, students at Florence will have a strong foundation of knowledge about their university options.
